Maybe the thought was that they were going to try to set up limited service between QBP and Astoria. I don't work in RTO, so I don't know what the thought process was, or how the event played out exactly, but it's easy for you to say "wrong information was given" now that you have the benefit of hindsight. Still, if your friend had followed the directions given, she probably would've been home a lot sooner. |
