The Yankees are the most successful franchise in history.

They went through some rough years.

And they host baseball 90% of the time. There are occasional concerts and now soccer. MSG draws a lot of family shows which are important.

If MSG moves a few blocs away and people have to walk to take the subway, it's easier to see hockey or a family show or WWE when it's on LI or NJ.
