My idea is to build 2 flyover tracks from the El starting from south of the Astoria Blvd Sta. to run in the middle of the GCP to the airport. They could get by the NIMBYS if the're determined enough to build it. They beat them when airtrain was built down the Van Wyck to JFK. They can be overcome againThe biggest hurdle would be getting by the Connecting RR bridge over the GCP |
