I just walked through the concourse under Dey Street and it's quite WIDE. That's wide enough to put a fence down the middle (or offset slightly to one side) and keep one part it connected to the [R] platform within a free transfer.Ask me why I care? I will be using the [5] from the Bronx and our agency will relocate into 4-WTC in March, and I'd like to use the concourse to stay underground, out of the rain/snow. |
