I did see an elevator on the southbound platform. I assume it must go down but I didn't see it when I was in the passageway.You don't have the best history on spotting elevators.... "I didn't respond because I'm still not convinced I am wrong. I'm waiting for the next time I'm at Atlantic Avenue to check it out. I still don't believe there is an elevator from the lower level to the mezzanine of the 4th Avenue passageway." |
