R32's and 42's would have to run over the Manny B if going to Coney Island Yard. The Cut from Essex to Bway Laff seems really useful right about now.

As for the question of whether or not the 32's and 42's will ever run on the N/R again, never say never...This isn't necessarily a permanent restriction, it just means that the issue will have to be corrected over time (relocate conduits?).
