I doubt it— a B train that went through Rutgers would be unable to return to its normal route short of looping around Coney Island while a D would only be able to return at Coney Island itself.

Since the Manhattan Bridge was closed recently, it seems the plan of choice is to simply shut down the D between 34th and Pacific and the B between 34th and Prospect Park.

(Cue certain suspects calling for a rebuild to allow stranded B trains to run to Fulton Street.)
