Look at a Hagstrom street map. The WH Branch is in as dense, if not denser, area than the FR and LB branches. Shitty service produces shitty results.From 1976 to the late 1980's (don't remember when) the FR Branch weekend service was cut to 60 and 90 minutes intervals, with 2 train sets covering it and the WH Branch. No clockface schedules, and it was a mess. Remnant of that mess remains in the middle of the night FR Branch Scoots. |
