The calendar pictures sound like a great lineup.Great vintage IND sign in the above photo. What year was it taken? This one must have hung on through the mid-late 60s right, given the bus pictured in the bus stop sign, and of course the Virginia Slims ad. (a silly millimeter longer!!) Another collection of vintage NYC transit photos*, has an IND entrance in Brooklyn (at Court St. maybe?) with an original sign that says Fulton Street Subway IIRC. *don't remember the book title |
