Exactly what numbers of ridership is being talked about with these proposals.

Somehow (I could be wrong) I doubt that Rockaway, Howard Beach, Ozone Park and Woodhaven - are brimming with huge fantastic ridership numbers. It is not like the A-trains to those areas are so packed with riders that no one else can board the trains further down the line in Brooklyn.

I understand the idea in this case of making it easier to travel about the various parts of Queens. Still what are the ridership numbers that folks promoting these ideas are expecting.
