It would also be good to have a non-pie in the sky proposal for the line's northern connection.Queens Blvd doesn't have room for it. LIRR won't want it. The Lower Montauk is 15 mph track with no direct connection to Manhattan. You could never justify building another E. River crossing for this line. What does that leave? |
