Just repeating what a maintenance guy told me on board a train to NWk one day. I don't know how they work. About 20 work PA4 cars were damaged by Sandy, they can't get parts, and when I asked, he said NYCT car parts are not compatible and PATH cars do not have gear boxes. They trucks are too long slung to accommodate them given their clearances. |
