We are not spending massive amounts on highways, so don't make up facts. We are only spending money to replace outdated bridges tat have reached the end of their useful life.I had to laugh, considering in the past two days I've driven on two limited access highways that opened in the last seven years and along seven miles of highway that was just widened from six lanes to eight in the past few months. |
