Of course, you are not talking about New York City which is what this discussion is about. Of course they are continuing to build highways where there is no mass transit because the densities can't support it.We're talking about Federal transportation spending, so it doesn't matter where it's spent. A billion dollars spent on highways where there is no mass transit is a billion dollars not spent on mass transit in New York City. |
