Posted by BusRider on Sun Jun 16 15:38:55 2013 I don't know if anybody here has came a crossed it, but in 1970 somebody in the MTA created a map that redesigned the entire subway system, eliminating duplicate serie and eliminating confusing travels. Below are the route proposals, feel free to comment and share your thoughts!A - 168th Street or Bedford Park to Lefferts, Far Rockaway or Rockaway Park B - 207th Street or 205th Street to coney Island or Brighton Beach c - Hoyt Street Brooklyn to Euclid Avenue D - 71st-Forest Hills to coney Island J - Jamaica to Broad Street, etend to 95th Street Brooklyn during Weekdays N - 57th Street to coney Island 1, 6, 7, E, F, G, L, M, N, R - Remain the same. 2 - 241st Street or Leno Terminal to Flatbush 4 - Dyre Ave or Woodlawn to New Lots 3 and 5 ELIMINATED Popular Shuttles back then remain the same: 42nd Street Shuttle South Ferry Shuttle Culver Shuttle Franklin Ave Shuttle 8 3rd Ave El |
