For those of you who mentioned the 3 Av El, if you look carefully, the 3 Av el is NOT on that map. The line that appears to be the 3 Av el is actually the Metro North ROW.

That makes more sense than rebuilding the el with fewer stations. The el is on the map in the eBay auction, though (phase one).
