While we are talking about the 1939 fair, why is the IRT car in Staten Island still not restored? I know, no parts, parts taken off, etc. But surely by now something can be done to complete this project. It just seesm so impossible. But there are other cars, older than that one, which are running at complete. I'm just asking. I'm just saying. |
