For all the things that SEPTA has accomplished with award winning station renovations, technology upgrades, strengthening relationships with stakeholders, it's huge efforts in improving customer service and sustainability, and more...all without drastically slashing service or steeply increasing fares in spite of the economy and a significant state transportation funding crisis... SEPTA deserves this. I hope they continue this momentum to further improve the system and to continue to turn the "SEPTA Stigma" around to something much more positive. |
