3rd rail relocation -- Why? |

Posted by gbs on Thu Jul 19 23:16:39 2012 At Fulton St (A,C), they're relocating the 3rd rail from the platform side to the wall side. One direction has already been done, and the other is in the process: you can see the new mounts already in position without the rail yet installed.Why are they doing this? The new rail is right below the niches that the workers must use to avoid trains. |
