I spoke with a DCE engineer at 130 last year about the R32 HVAC heat issues. Apparently one fix suggested was to remove the heat shield from the car compressor motors.I may have incorrectly ID'd the car component, however the shop was unaware of this option, and I don't know if the suggestion was ever implemented. I don't recall a heat issues with R32 HVAC's. Is this an endemic issue with all post GOH R32's? A question for the folks up in the north!!! |
