Oh yeah ... forgot the punchline ...After all those mysterious fires (especially with Verizon FiOS installs years later) the PSC amended the rule to "recommend" that an 18 gauge stranded wire run around the plastic meters with a pair of clamps. NOW they have a FUSE to blow. :) |
