I smell a kick-back with BBD.A few guys on trainorders.com say the CN has banned them from their trackage due to a derailment in revenue service. They were never to be assigned to the CPR lines out of Windsor station. They needed new diesels, no question about that, but 35 could have been had for $175M, and the balance spent on infrastructural needs. But that would have meant Alstom or BLI - no kickback there, which is why I suspect it with BBD. |
