They could have sent the Triplexes to the IND yards to get rid of the worst of the R-1's. They were drop;ping like flies awaiting late R38's so much so that they pulled 40 ex-Southern Division Standards off the Sea Beach rip track, sent to ENY, so as to send as many R16's to the GG.John Hylan-IND bias at work. |
