So turn the branch into a "sub-subway" line.
LIRR will run it with their equipment and employees.
Stations will be enclosed as per subway stations
Access to stations will be per special metro card.
----Nassau County users will pay $8.00 inbound.
----NYC customers will pay $5.00 inbound.
----No fares are collected outbound.
Trains will operate at a daytime headway of 15 minutes, perhaps 10 minutes during rush hours.
Trains will have an engineer and a conductor only.
A LION will be assigned to EAT farebeaters.
