IIRC, I pointed out in my post on this, that the TSA would send the cops after you if you refused a search and walked away at Penn Station,That's just as wrong, as I indicated elsewhere. You will never be arrested for refusing a TSA search at Penn Station, but you aren't getting on ANY train. |
