I'm not "wrong" nor is BusMgr saying I am. He wrote, "as far as I can tell, TSA cannot, on its own, exclude a passenger." Would you like to be the first to test that theory?

IIRC, I pointed out in my post on this, that the TSA would send the cops after you if you refused a search and walked away at Penn Station, not that the TSA would detain you themselves. You need to work on your reading comprehension skills.
