Perhaps the "cellular" concrete I've seen done was around here. They use it for driveways. As to the concrete testing labs, read that too. I recall some fun with Yankee stadium as well as far as bad cement went. And yeah, while the labs are definitely culpable, one would think that a construction firm and their vendors would know how to do a proper mix, no? Then the lab wouldn't have to be falsifying anything to get paid. |
