You left out the Guidance:Guidance: 02 At locations where it is not readily apparent that traffic is required to keep to the right, a Keep Right sign should be used. "Should" means not required. I would also argue that on an 80' wide street with 4' of concrete in the middle, it is "readily apparent" that traffic keep to the right. I read this rule as an either/or rule. One-way signs are not required if keep right signs are used, and vice-versa. It is. I've never seen the sign shown as R6-3 or R6-3a on the road, a divided highway crossing sign. They're more common in rural areas. |
