I feel like the delayed R-179 would mean a car shortage for the SAS.When the SAS opens, they would probably need to reinstate the W since Astoria would be back to one rush hour line. Combine this with the extended Q and you have a real problem... Maybe some R62(a)s could get fitted with skirts and shifted to B division. There will certainly be a surplus after the 7 starts getting R142As... |
