No, you may not, since his policies DO still stand. If they didn't stand, then the policy would be illegal. It wasn't "his" policy, it was the only possible legal policy there could be. It's very simple.

Uh huh. Proff? And I highly doubt these memos contain any different policy. But if they do, it would mean $$$$$ for anyone harassed.
