I was hoping Mamdandi would catch on, in reference to liberal subchatter Dand. It appears it won't catch on.Anyway, I predict Mandandi will raise more money than any NYC Mayoral candidate in history. Perhaps any mayoral candidate in any US city, in history. Mamdandi is everything Nilet and Osmosis Jones want in a candidate. And their numbers are many. |

Um, yes you are in contradiction. For example, you are against food freedom. Raw milk is an example of food freedom. You agree with an "occupancy tax". You want to tax homeowners based on the number of occupants live in the home. For example, 2 people living in a 2BR in NYC, will pay a special tax or owning so much space while a family of 5 lives in a 1BR or 6 are living in a 2BR. You want equality in this area and want to Democrats to implement this policy. The tax revenue will be used to fund housing for younger couples with kids. This is the future of the Democrat party and everything Osmosis Jones and Nilet dream off. But you were always on board. |

They deserve it for the corruption of diblasio and adams and the incompetence of alvin bragg. They most of all deserve it for defund the police and sanctuary policies. They deserve to watch the final death of their city as it slides into ny bay with mamdani at the helm. God fuck the leftist democrats. |

Thank you for finally spelling my name correctly but why is the N6 Limited and Amanda and The Hat not on your list? RPanse or clearaspect one of those I can't remember got on one of your early LOLs after you rightfully accused him/they/them of reading salon.com which was reason enough. I thought that was pretty good.Anyway, I am glad The Hat left these boards because I was scared of him as can be seen by the following entry in the "Giannini Crew" thread: You forgot The Hat who challenged me to a fistfight back about 10 years ago because I was attacking and defeating him in a post something about straight air systems on SMEE equipment. I thought he was bluffing and laughed it off but the thing about it is that he was serious. He even told me he would do it at a time and place of my choosing... wherever, whenever. I left the thread and never engaged him again. Did you know Amato, who owned Caffe Giannini, was a Bonanno soldier who I believe was the bodyguard for Carmine Galante when Galante was gunned down with the cigar still in his mouth? Vito Guzzo ran the Giannini Crew for a few years until he was arrested for executing a handful of individuals. He was the closest thing to Gaspipe Casso in terms of pure savagery. That guy was a homicidal maniac. I possess a lot of knowledge about these things, not to your level of course, but a lot nonetheless and I am proud of that. Here is a nice picture of Amato, and thanks again. ![]() |

Thank you for finally spelling my name correctly but why is the N6 Limited and Amanda and The Hat not on your list? You're welcome. RPanse or clearaspect It was Fred G who was reading Salon.com which at the time was being run by prominent Irish-Catholic Democrat Joan Walsh. However, someone has been posting photos of Coney Island Yard on a subway FB group. The photos are from an airplane taking off from JFK, making the "Coney Island Climb". The photos are from none other than aviator RPanse. I didn't know that The Hat challenged you to a fight. I'd like to see Peter Rosa in a fist fight against a handful of people here. Grazie. Amato is trying to reduce his life sentence. I like your analogy. Comparing Gaspipe to Guzzo. Guzzo has that aura about him. His eyes reveal an empty soul. One time Guzzo and associates pulled off a hit on Caldwell Ave in Maspeth. Guzzo was recently released from prison and the video is on youtube. He had a short pushback and a warm-up suit like a Sergio Tacchini. He looked like an 80's guido. He hasn't lost his swagger. I think Guzzo was on steroids in the late 80's and early 90's. One of his associates was going to Olympia Gym and taking steroids according to a recent interview he did about his life. So I figure Guzzo did them too. One time Guzzo finished a workout at World Gym on Woodhaven Blvd. As he was leaving the gym he was ambushed by gunfire. He crawled across the boulevard, which is at least eight lanes wide there, before collapsing. But he survived. He has a glass eye as a result of the shooting. |

Curtis Sliwa is a well intentioned gentleman who likely does not have the depth of skill needed to run an organization the size of NY City. What I find really amazing is that the two largest parties in the united states are unable to locate an acceptable candidate between them - that the only declared & qualified candidates must run as independents. |

The detectives involved have done several interviews and said in no way did they treat a crime scene like that.I believe them. I think he really did die clenching the cigar with his mouth. Or maybe one of the survivors at the restaurant put the cigar back in his mouth(before police arrived) in his honor as "the cigar" was his nickname? But I don't think the NYPD detectives would tamper with a crime scene like that. It's also believed that the attack on Galante happened at that time of day because the hit team knew that the NYPD changes shifts between AM and PM at around that time and figured the police would be at roll call instead of patrolling. This makes sense because a similar strategy may have been used by the same hit men at Licata's on Forest Ave in Ridgewood, Queens in 1982. btw- we were shopping on Knickerbocker Ave when the Galante hit happened but nowhere near it. We were on Stanhope and Knickerbocker, probably eight blocks away. My pediatrician was a Filipina lady named Dr. Zapata and her office was at that corner. I remember all the emergency vehicles racing towards the shooting. To this day, the store where the shooting happened is still vacant. No one really knows why even though Knickerbocker and the Bushwick/East Williamsburg sections are gentrified hipster zones. One would think the retails space would have been rented by now. |

How crazy is it that RPanse was snapping photos of CIY from his window seat on Jetblue?Notice how Galante's chin is pressed against his sternum area. That might explain how the the cigar stayed in his mouth. His head is leaning against a curb bordering the garden in the backyard. I don't believe that the NYPD detectives put the cigar back in his mouth. Joe and Mary's closed because the owner was killed. He was having a meal with Galante, his cousin, and others because he was about to close the restaurant for the rest of the summer and visit Sicily. His son was shot too but survived. To this day they don't rent out the store. There isn't even a sign indicating the store is for rent. Owners are just sitting on it. Meanwhile there is a gourmet hipster foodie butcher shop just two doors away. Foster Sundry is on the corner and they sell Schmaltz, pastured pork, grass-fed beef, and VAT pasteurized milk, and other things that appeal to foodies. |

Sometimes when arriving from the south or west for either the straight-in to 4 or the Expressway Visual 31 at KLGA we pass close by Coney Island, at least that's what the pilots tell me. Irrespective of whether the airplane is flying flat or banked up in a turn, I am sitting on the wrong side of the airplane to see the CIY; that is, in the event I am assigned the jumpseat at 1L. At that point, if I am not scrolling through the latest edition of Vogue or Elle or Cosmopolitan, I am just sitting backwards, staring straight ahead at the bulkhead, oblivious. That 31 approach is scary, especially the last sweeping turn to line up over the water, especially if the pilots are ex-military who fly with "controlled aggression", since in that circumstance I'd be on the side of the airplane facing down. Even though I'm afraid to look out the window, for some inexplicable reason I always do and immediately regret it, turn away trembling, and pray. I'm in it for the paycheck, understand that. |

Galante's chin is tucked against his chest which seems to be how why the cigar is clenched in his mouth. Seems he fell backwards from the shotgun blast and his head is against the curb. NYPD would not tamper with the crime scene like that. This is real life, not Hollywood. |

Why would retired NYPD detectives on the scene of the crime not admit to putting the cigar in Galante's mouth? They are long retired. He deserved to be messed with by NYPD. Galante shot a cop in Williamsburg. I think he mistakenly shot a young girl too. When police caught him they sodomized him so bad with a night stick that he permanently blinked his eyes uncontrollably for the rest of his life. |

Like you said, it would be tampering with crime scene evidence. However somebody (possibly a retiree) admitted it to Deitl & he went with it. |

The interviews I've watched were all retired, not active NYPD.Look at Galante's head against the curb pushing his head forward into his chest. That appears to be holding the cigar in place. The detective also said him and his partner had just been on that end of Knickerbocker Ave ten minutes earlier before the shooting. The anniversary is near. |
