The Problem with some people making these decisions,are thinking "they are doing the moral, ethical thing".. from a safe distance. These people don't have Your best interest in mind. They only want to control people,there movements.. We don't need anyone trying to "guide us", when they themselves are wearing sheep's clothes. They have no real interest in saving lives. They only want to see the chaos such decisions cause, and the lives that might be at risk. While I am against "abortion",I am not a fool. A Medical condition that poses a risk to the mother..well,the mother should be taken care of.. The child,if viable, should be saved... Late trimester abortion is a "hell no" situation unless there is no choice. My view..my opinion. |

I can't find stats on elective later term abortions, but I do find this stat for all late term abortions, including the fetus can't survive or the mother's life is at risk:In 2014, the CDC reported that 1.3% of reported abortions (5,578) were performed at 21 weeks of gestation or later. The article also describes the hoops to jump through for a later term abortion. So I'm sure the assertion that there are none is false, but it's likely to be very small. |

I am taking a boat early tomorrow morning before dawn from Lake Ontario to Minneapolis via the Great Lakes Waterway. There will be locks and canals to navigate on my way into Lake Erie up into Lake St Clair past Detroit and into Lake Huron up to Sault Ste. Marie and then through Lake Superior to Duluth and finally ending up in Minneapolis. The boat will take even longer than the car but at least I shoud arrive safe and sound. I may take a bus home.
