Naturally, the health of the mother is paramount. 3d trimester abortions to save the life of the mother or child or both is totally acceptable IMO.
What I find repulsive is a healthy woman who suddenly decides that she dont want the child in her 8th month and agrees to a partial birth abortion where the baby is murdered.
You'd think she never heard of the adoption option
