It made its decision, it said, after hearing feedback from teachers, specialists and academics and working with a panel of experts to review the work of the famous children’s author.

I really can't imagine that anyone in the U.S. would publish copies that did not have similar disclaimers or "context". Perhaps there are a few ancient copies of original editions out there, but you won't find them on Amazon, as they would be expensive collector's items.
