When the book was republished in Germany a few years ago (after not being sold there for years, until the copyright ran out), i know it was publicized that the copies would contain such. I really can't imagine that anyone in the U.S. would publish copies that did not have similar disclaimers or "context". Perhaps there are a few ancient copies of original editions out there, but you won't find them on Amazon, as they would be expensive collector's items. |
