The strip of its southern-most 100 miles contains most of its population and about 300,000 square miles. So also roughly 100 people per square mile. |

Luch oversimplified. I made a basic correction. I don't claim that the density of Canada and the US are similar in all respects. Of course they aren't. Nothing in Canada is as dense as the NYC metro area.But certainly some metro areas of Canada are as dense as some of those in the US that are now seeing way worse infection rates. He's using density as the excuse, and it's not. |
