No selling MetroCard swipes...You'll discover reality very quickly. |

Since at least 2005 the DelRio property is owned by the 'ROMISTON REALTY CORP.' according to public records. Current NYC property taxes $36,549/year. Zoned R6B which should allow for a substantial apartment building. Romiston also owns Brooklyn properties at 1616 85 STREET and1619 86 STREET. I always thought Roll-N-Roaster would be gone by now as the property on Emmons Avenue is worth millions. |
