And you are not taking into consideration the additional costs that go into the price of a meal:Rent of the store Utilities (gas/water/electric) Franchise fees (if it is part of a chain) Cost of supplies Cost of raw food Cost/Salaries of ALL the people who work at that restaurant The amount of profit the owner/franchisee wants to (or at least hopes to) make. |
