That whole thing erupted over an ancient video of a software story done by a local channel. The video was originally shot by a local TV station using an old 4:3 image ratio camera and broadcast in 16:9 format before analog TV finally went away. Always have been amused by folks who believe what they see on TV. :) |

And I guess you can say they burn more because some workouts jack up your metabolism beyond the workout.But you can't really outtrain a bad diet. I see so many people at the gym who are always fat. If you have a lawn to maintain, snow to shovel, long walks to get anywhere, stairs to climb regularly, or chasing kids off your lawn (heh) there's plenty of alternatives to the gym that work even better. :)If our weight stays the same, or fluctuates by a few pounds, always going the other way, nothing to sweat about. But if you sit on your ass, ride conveyances instead of walking, or just play sit on your ass - then you need the gym. What can I say? Heh. |
