BULLSHIT. Of course there's closed minded racist folk of all races but overall? No it makes no sense. Black men dating white women is more prevalent than the reverse so why would most black men have a problem with black women dating white men? I personally know of two black woman white man couples and one both families one of them being my cousin didn't have a problem and the other one there was an issue with one side of the family and it wasn't the black side. Hell my Uncle is half white (his mom my grandma black and his dad Irish) when his pops was alive he was like one of the family.

PS you have some serious racial anger issues.

Ads have to be politically correct too.

They must show a sense of social responsibility.

No, they just have to bring in sales. If it works, then they do it some more. It's all about the metrics and the results. In CASH.

If it didn't bring in MORE bucks, that shit would have been dropped faster than token booths. No, it's all about the Benjamins. Always has been. Business doesn't like less profit. It's a religious thing in church of Wall Street.

I disagree.

Being politically correct is of equal importance.

Truer in Hollywood than Madison Ave, but still true.

For example, I don't think Hollywood expected to make money on Annie. They specifically set out to make a politically correct version to coincide with the current climate, knowing it probably lose money. But it's the right kind of thing to lose money on.

fiogf49gjkf0d
Not to ad agencies, or more importantly their clients. Hollywood is one thing, although even there if it's a dud for sales, no remakes. It's all about the metrics THERE too.

With Netflix and home theaters, minorities are a much larger portion of those who actually show up at theaters and pay for concessions and tickets. The official religion of America now is Benjamins. Cold, hard cash. If something makes less cash than something else, then they go for what provides the better dividend.

The days of "feelings" and "political correctness" died off with the hippies. It's all about the Benjamins now, nothing else matters beyond the quarterly bottom line and the stock price.

The clients are the ones who are probably pushing ads phasing out white people.

No one knows the agency of record for an ad. The advertiser, not agency gets the blame. Aware of this, they tell ad agencies what they want.

No, white people are phasing THEMSELVES out. Debbie Lou probably got knocked up by a black football player in high school, and everyone else has premium cable. I mean really. Do you think the FOX News types are going to watch "I didn't know I was pregnant" or "Honey Boo Boo?" The viewers of what sells for advertising already live in a world where all of this is their home town now. Nothing to see here, yawn.

Corporations run scared of anything that might hurt their quarterly metrics and stock price. If what you and the rest here are trying to peddle with so many white folks all butthurt about this, then such would never be seen again. Hurts revenue. Guess what? It doesn't!

There is nothing wrong with a diverse America. It makes this country stronger. It provides so many new views and angles and creativity. Long live a unique America. The folks you're peddling views from are only this far away from the Taliban.

Probably because they're actually buying stuff. Advertisers don't give a crap about anyone over 30, you'll buy the same old shit until the day you die. Actually, the ad agency's name is on every reel. Read "Advertising Age" and you can see who did what, got dropped by an advertiser who went to another agency. It's the newspaper or record for the industry. Do what the client wants, or they will get somebody else who will.

Are you really THAT dense to not get the gist of my comments?

I'll explain it to you. Statistics shouldn't mean shit to the average American. If they really want to find out who's committing crimes and getting locked up WHERE THEY LIVE, listen to the 911 calls and ride with the police. When you do, you'll have your answers. That's what I meant. IF you live here, blacks are going to be doing most of the crime. If you live in the boonies where there are no blacks, whites are going to be doing most of the crime. What's so hard to comprehend about that?

IF you live here, blacks are going to be doing most of the crime.

Your colleagues disagree with the word "most."

Other than shootings (which I agree are the most serious crimes), the numbers are either around 50% or less than 50%. And these are arrests, not convictions.
