Yelling "fire" when there is no fire, is very dangerous, as it CAN cause a stampede. Yelling "Kill the cops", and riling up people (some of which may be unstable, and a certain percentage of people ARE unstable), just incites them to run out and do what they are being told to do. there's nothing responsible about yelling fire, and there's nothing responsible about yelling kill the cops. |

Kill the cops chanted on the street is heard by thousands more in person, and millions if you add media to it.All you need is a few nuts to take it for what it's saying, and it puts hundreds (if not more) innocent cops on the street, doing their jobs, at danger. |

But you are allowed to legally do lots of things that can put people into danger, so just because it's legal, doesn't mean it's not irresponsible and puts people in very real danger. |
