IAWTP. He said Chirlaine was afraid for her son. And why not? If the same percentage of cops are bad apples as of any other profession (maybe 2%), that's a whole bunch of cops to be afraid of even if most of them are careful and upstanding folks.

Note also that he doesn't complain about Dinkins being called a washroom attendant and the brushing away of all the accomplishments of Howard University.
