Its ever so easy to make a judgment call,without the dead person available to fully dispute... But why bother with any of that since any witnesses for the dead man was 'discredited',right? First and foremost,even if what you and the state say was True...they,(the state of Ohio) would Never have sent that Blond haired blue eyed WASP Mom and Apple Pie Police Officer to jail. PERIOD. Both cases are really similar. Both officers say they were attacked. One killed the alleged attacker and the other hit the alleged attacker with his baton breaking three fingers. One of the officers get paid leave and the other gets unpaid leave. Both get same prosecutor with McCollough who has a long history of not indicting cops one The cops don't get indicted and the other does. Maybe I'm missing something but something ain't right. Not gonna say it but if it talks like a duck and quacks like a duck... |
