(c) Michael Brown committed assault and robbery, and then proceed to punch a police officer in face, simply because he could. The police officer then attempted to apprehend Brown until Brown turned and charged, read to strike. He never said "Don't shoot". He never had his hands raised in surrender, they were in fists ready to swing again.why is that any less valid an than what you wrote? |
