No, it doesn't. The guest has no property rights; those rights still belong exclusively to the owner.This might come as a shock, but non-Jews own property in Israel, too. As I said— the phrase "separate is inherently unequal" comes to mind— think about the meaning of that for a second and not the circumstances that led to it being written. Which is why Israel prohibits racial, ethnic, economic, and political segregation in schools. |

Just FYI— "The world isn't fair" is descriptive, not prescriptive. Using that phrase explains why an injustice has happened. Using it to say that an injustice should happen just makes you evil. |
