That means it's not exclusive.No, it doesn't. The guest has no property rights; those rights still belong exclusively to the owner. Especially when that "invitation" isn't to be a guest, but to be a citizen and be elected to the government. As I said— the phrase "separate is inherently unequal" comes to mind— think about the meaning of that for a second and not the circumstances that led to it being written. |
