No, it doesn't. The guest has no property rights; those rights still belong exclusively to the owner.This might come as a shock, but non-Jews own property in Israel, too. As I said— the phrase "separate is inherently unequal" comes to mind— think about the meaning of that for a second and not the circumstances that led to it being written. Which is why Israel prohibits racial, ethnic, economic, and political segregation in schools. |
