That being said I doubt the Prosecution can ever prove beyond a reasonable doubt that he was guilty of Murder. The cement is a potentially dangerous weapon and the police cannot just take the kid's word that he is unarmed. If the officer lowers his weapon it does not take long for the kid to whip out a concealed weapon and kill the police officer |

The officer cannot take the kid at his word that he has no weapons on him. Not to mention the pavement can kill people |

Nobody should want to see this descend into another Rodney King/Simi Valley debacle, or have the cop walk on flimsy evidence. Since this was done by police, they must be completely transparent and go by the book on this, which is NOT how it's happening. So there's plenty of cause for concern. |

A section of the video shows him paying for cigars. There was apparently some discussion between him and the clerk as apparently he didn't have enough to buy all he wanted. That could have resulted in the shoving. Also it was another customer that called 911 on this, not the store owner or clerk. That's according to the store's attorney, apparently the owner did not want any part of this but turned over the hard drive when they received a search warrant for it. |
