First of all, Jews were always in "Palestine" as much as the Muslims.I never said they weren't. You're trying to claim that Jews are entitled to exclusive rights to Palestine— I'm not claiming that any race has "exclusive" rights to any land. The United Nations, not a Colonial power partitioned Palestine to a Jewish State and an Arab State. Look up "British Mandate." Nobody confined anyone to "a ghetto kept in perpetual poverty". Well, except for the West Bank and Gaza. If anything, Israel made many more concessions than they had to. A Jewish theocracy made more concessions to non-Jews than they had to. Right. But then again, maybe you're just an anti-Semite. Maybe you're just a Jewish supremacist. |

Except that isn't true. How is it not? (a) Omitting one irrelevant fact is not falsehood. (b) Even being completely wrong on one point does not impeach one's credibility on another— had he said Israel was founded by aliens who physically created the land where there used to be nothing but a hole leading to the Earth's molten core it still wouldn't disprove the facts of what's currently happening there. |

It does when it is an extremely important fact. If a book on astronomy said that the sun revolves around the Earth, would you have any reason to find anything else in that book to be valid and factual? If it said the sky was blue, I'd believe that— and your analogy isn't even relevant. Maybe the Rashidun Caliphate or whatever you would consider its successor should take responsibility for conquering Israel and forcing its population to convert to Islam. Also the Roman Republic for conquering it before that.2. And the West Bank is occupied today for good reason. Every attempt to establish a Palestinian State on that land has failed due to Palestinian recalcitrance. 3. What about them? They do not control the Israeli government. By your logic, the United States is a theocracy because of the political power of the Evangelicals. |
