What if the wife works and the husband doesn't? Is it okay then for him to do the laundry?

I have mixed feelings about that.

If you have the machines in your home and the public can't see you, it's fine.

I would not be seen in public really.

But if the wife is making hubby do laundry just to make a political statement when she does it better and faster, that's just feminism, and wrong.

If anyone would like to challenge me, and come out from behind the computer, I'll tour NYC with you and we'll go from laundromat to laundromat and see if any are staffed with men. I'll bet 99% are staffed with women. That strengthens my argument here.

Or we'll go around on a Saturday and see who is doing their own laundry I'll w1n that too.

Conservatism is reality.

" There's a reason they're all staffed by women. "

Yea....cause the owners are not willing to pay a decent wage and these women will accept jobs like that if there is nothing else. It's called survival.

"There's a reason mostly women are doing laundry."

Men do laundry when they need to. Other men just simply pay for someone else to do the work.

Wrong. It is not feminism if the guy does the laundry in public or private. It's just a guy pitching in by doing laundry. That's all it is. It doesn't take any sort of genius or gender to take the stuff, check for stains and spray them with stain remover, lump the stuff into the machine and add the right amount of soap. Anyone with a basic visual acuity can do this. Even you.

Frankly, the best stuff for getting stains out that I've used is Octagon soap, rubbed directly into the stain. Gets stains out in one wash, usually.

They're not.

Several women have wanted to marry me.

Thanks for trollingme.

But if you want to be a man and tour laundromats with me in Queens we'll count the number of women vs. men and see who laundry is really for.

Honestly, I'm better off not marrying and just dating. You're an old man so it's different. But today's younger women and their attitudes make it tough to have a strong marriage.

LOL, and these are liberals too.

Ever read the USSR Constitution's definition of a family?

The family enjoys the protection of the state.

Marriage is based on the free consent of the woman and the man; the spouses are completely equal in their family relations.

The state helps the family by providing and developing a broad system of child care institutions, by organizing and improving communal services and public catering, by paying grants on the birth of a child, by providing children's allowances and benefits for large families, and other forms of family allowances and assistance.

— Article 53
And here comes a NYT opinion piece saying that none of that is true. Ah, the irony.
